FAQ

Providing clarity on our investment strategy, development process, and partnership structure.

What kind of housing does KIRE build?

Ground-up rental housing in San Diego County, designed for households earning roughly 60–120% of area median income. Several of our projects also include income-restricted units delivered alongside market-rate homes.

Who invests with KIRE and how is the team aligned with these partners?

We partner with individuals, families, and family offices. The KIRE principals invest in every project, with KIRE Group, KIRE Builders, and CMND handling specific roles and fees disclosed in offering docs.

Does KIRE hold or sell assets, and how is reporting handled for investors?

We build to hold and operate what we build, and each asset is reviewed against its business plan over time. Existing investors receive quarterly reporting through the Investor Portal, hosted through Agora.

How do I get to know the KIRE team?

Reach out to start a conversation. We work with a select group of investors who have a preexisting relationship with KIRE, and every investor relationship begins with a conversation. We do not discuss specific investment opportunities publicly.
