This policy applies to this website (the "Site"), operated by KIRE Group, LLC together with its affiliates KIRE Builders, Inc. and CMND Hospitality ("KIRE," "we," or "us"). Information investors provide through our investor portal or offering documents, and information rental applicants provide during leasing, is governed by separate notices provided at that time.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, inquiry type, and the message you send. If you choose to receive text messages, we also keep a record of that consent.
 

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
 

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Site.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES

When you submit our contact form, we may add your email address to our mailing list for KIRE Group updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Text messages are sent only to people who opt in. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
